Benefit
of Breakfast
Breakfast helps us
develop brain system while we are working or studying. When we have breakfast
in the morning, our brain will get nutrients; such as carbohydrate, calcium,
protein, vitamins etc. There are necessary for our brain
Breakfast also reduces
the risk of many diseases. Having breakfast can reduce the risk of many
illnesses; for example: heart disease, diabetes, obesity, etc. It can reduces
the risk of heart disease because our blood is very intense in the morning.
Having breakfast can reduce blood intensity (American
Heart Association, 2003). Moreover, breakfast can reduce
the risk of diabetes because it can reduce 30 to 50% of the aberration of
insulin in our body (Ministry of Public Health, Thailand,
B.E. 2554).
The final reason is
breakfast can increase the efficacy of working and studying. While we work or
study, we have to put more concentration. Thus, if we have breakfast, we will
not be hungry and have great concentration on work and lessons. Besides, breakfast
helps us have good memory, learning skills and emotion.
In conclusion, breakfast
is beneficial for everybody. We should be have breakfast since breakfast is the
most important meal for us because our body and brain also need some necessary
nutrients from breakfast. Moreover, it can also bring about good health in
working and studying.
