Soy Protein

          Soy is very popular in China and worldwide. There are a lot of benefits for our health. Moreover, if we eat the soy protein, we will get good deeds. So, we should eat soy protein because it brings about both physical and mental health. Moreover, its price is unbeatable.

          Most of the Chinese or vegetarians have good health and long life because they often eat vegetables and soy protein. September, 2003; 300 researchers from 20 countries, conducted research about the benefits of soy protein. The research results showed that soy protein can prevent heart disease. Commission of food and drugs (USA), said that we should eat 25 gram of soy protein each day. It will help you decrease heart disease and increase immunity. Moreover, USDA Nutrient database revealed that there are a lot of vitamins and minerals in soy protein, like vitamin A, B, C, D and calcium that can increase immunity for our health.

          The price of soy protein like bean curd is cheaper than the animal protein. The data from www. Talad-ying charoen.com for February 25, 2014 showed that the price of pork is 140 to 150 baht per kilogram while the price of chicken is 65 to 95 baht per kilogram. These two kinds of meat are too expensive. On the other hand, the price of bean curd is 40 baht per kilogram. So, the soy protein is cheaper than the animal protein.

          Eating soy protein, we are not only health but also have good deeds because we do not support animals for food. Somebody with high moral standards think that it is perpetration even if they do not kill the animals by themselves. They believe that people who do not eat animal will have long life.

          In conclusion, there are a lot of benefits of soy protein. If we usually eat it, our health will be good. Eating soy can save our money because it is cheaper than other sources of protein. Moreover, we also have good deeds from refraining from eating animal protein. This causes you to have good physical and mental health.
