My name is Thidarat Mutchachan.  I’m 22 year old. I’m a fourth year student of English major at Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University. My student code is 5411114020. I live in Promkiri. When I have free time I often reading a magazine and practice make up tutorial. Question Ball

Question Ball is an activity for students to practice speaking English and linguistic agility. Teacher ask quickly question and toss the ball when students get a ball, he/she will answer immediate.

Objective:

For practice speaking

For check linguistic agility

For enjoy in learning English.

 How to play:

1. Students make a circle.

2. Teacher tosses the ball to first students and asks the question. (What's your name? ,Where are you from ?,Where do you live ?, How old are you ?) Then, the first student answers.

3. First student toss ball to the second students and ask quick question.

4. Second students answer finish and toss ball for ask other question to third student.

Play this game until final student asks and answers the question

Cambodian Food

A typical Cambodian meal would normally consist of a soup, a salad, a main fish dish, vegetables and rice. A Cambodian dessert, normally based on fresh fruits and sticky rice, complement the meal.

Fish amok is steamed in a banana leaf, while more local places serve a boiled version that is more like a soupy fish curry than a mousse.

A Khmer noodle is a beloved Cambodian dish. A Khmer noodle is a typical breakfast food. The dish consists of noodles laboriously pounded out of rice, topped with a fish-based green curry gravy made from lemongrass, turmeric root and kaffir lime.

The grilled squid are brushed with either lime juice or fish sauce and then barbecued on wooden skewers and served with a popular Cambodian sauce, originally from Kampot, made from garlic, fresh chilies, fish sauce, lime juice and sugar.

Cambodian sausage made from beef or pork and various spices. Just like any good homemade sausage, the authentic Khmer sausage contains at least 20-25% fat.

The beauty of Cambodia goes far beyond the famous Angkor Wat ruins or the charm of the Khmer people’s simple life style. The country’s food culture is also not to be missed. In the Khmer diet, rice and freshwater fish play big roles because of the abundance of both.

Malaysia Do's and Don'ts

Do's

1. Do smile when you greet people.

2. Do shake hand with men for greeting, but not women unless they offer to do so first.

3. Do wear neatly when entering places of worship.

4. Do take off your shoes before entering a Malaysian home or religious buildings.

5. Do follow simple rules when visiting places of worship.

6. Do use right hand to receive or give something.

7. Do wait to convert your currency in Malaysia. There is restriction of bringing large amounts of ringgit into or out of the country.

 

Don'ts

1.Do not touch the head of an adult. Touching people on the head is considered rude.

2.Do not point forefinger at things. Instead, the thumb of the right hand with four fingers folded under is the preferred way.

3.Do not point your feet towards people or sacred images.

4.Do not wear hot pants and vests at mainland beaches if you are female.

5.Do not kiss in public. Most Malaysians refrain from displaying affection such as embracing or kissing in public.

6.Do not discuss ethnic relations or the political system. They are both sensitive subjects.

7. Do not ever involve in illegal drugs. There is a mandatory death penalty for trafficking

Reflection

Last month, our class has teaching testing. My friends have the different about process and activities such as:

First person is Rawitporn Malason , she present the topic is “No OneHelps”. She talks about how to save energy at home. She teaches by using the video and giving the exercise for the students.

Second person is Atinut Galawig , she present the topic is “It is garbage”. She teaches this lesson by using authentic materials such as bottle, spray, glass, paper, etc. She teaches students to separate the waste.

Third person is Montree. He presents on “Let’s go to Phuket”topic. He begins his lesson by using game and question. He teaches the students about keeping Patong beach clean with VDO. Then, he explains the grammar point present perfect and past simple, how to use and give example according the handout given.

The fourth person is Tipparat Meebua. She presents the topic about giving direction. She started the lesson by using the video. She looks very excited.

The fifth is Kokkhan. She presents on “Stop using them” topic. She begins her lesson by using the video about global warming and lets students talk about what they have learnt from watching the video. She discusses language feather with student and explain language structures with all students. She is the best girl of this test because she has got 92 point from this presentation.

Sixth person is Nitaya Jongkol. She presents the on “Traffic pollution damages Kid’s Lungs” topic. She begins the class by guessing word. Then, she teaches the vocabulary about traffic pollution. The teacher suggested that she should make clear the purpose of learning. The purpose of the study will be based the curriculum and indicators.

Seventh person is Nuntiya Garasri. She presents on “Have you ever been to the beach?” topic. She started her teaching by using questionnaire. Then, she let the students to play matching game. Next, she lets the students to listen to a record about the beaches in Thailand are disappearing.

Eighth person is Phichaya Kunchumnan. He presents on “Acid Rain” topic. He begins the class by using the video. He uses Chain drill techniques in his teaching.

Ninth is Natnaree Saivijit. She presents on “Thai herbs Health problems” topic. She begins her lesson by teaching vocabulary about Thai herbs and health problems. Then, she lets the students play matching game. Next, she lets the students to looking the video about inquiring health. I think she did a very good job because the students can suggest the other people about health problems.

Tenth person is Nisakorn Sittipon. She presents the topic is “rude behavior”. She motivated the students by using the video. Then, she teaches the vocabulary about rude behavior. After she teaches vocabulary, she lets the students to listen to the audio. I think her teaching is so good because it was close story that the students can be found in everyday life.

Eleventh person is Peerapong Chooprasert. He presents on asking direction topic. He begins the class by using game. Then, he teaches the vocabulary about giving direction. After that, he lets the students to listen to the record. I think he is so excited so, he speaks not clear in sometime. But all of this is very good.

Twelfth person is Maytaya Noomak. She presents on asking and giving direction topic. She begins her lesson by using questionnaire. After that, she teaches the vocabulary about giving direction. Then, she lets the students to listen the audio. Next, she lets the students to practice conversation. I think her teaching is very use full for students when they meet the foreigners but the dialog in her worksheet is too long for Mattayom 1

Thirteenth person is Me ( Thidarart Mutchachan). I present on asking for direction topic. I begin the class by using questionnaire. Then, I let the students to watching the video. Next, I teaches the vocabulary about giving direction and give sample sentence. One of student comes to in front of class to make a body language from the vocabulary. The last, I let student to create the direction conversation from Nakon Si Thammarat map (authentic material).

Fourteenth person is Supawadee Srisuwan. She presents on Where is your tree? topic. She begins her lesson by asked the students about the last term homework. She lets the student to find their tree that they planted in last term. Then, she teaches the vocabulary such as straight, intersection, corner, opposite, block and etc. Next, she opens the audio about sentence to giving directions twice and gives students to do exercise A. After, she asks students to work in pair to practice asking and answering the question and after students ask the partner about direction of friend’s tree students have to draw the tree on the map in exercise C and presentation in front of the class. I think, her activity is very interesting.

Fifteenth person is Nuchanat Sukban. She presents the topic is Making an appointment. She starts her lesson by using the video. Then, she teaches the vocabulary. Next, she gives the worksheet to the students and lets the students to do the activity. I think her teaching is so good because it was close story that the students can be found in everyday life.

Next person is Atchara Nunchupon. She presents the topic is Will children save the world. She starts her teaching by using the video. Then, she teaches vocabulary and opens an audio. Next, she asks the question from the audio.

Last person is Sakkarin Jinkuntong. He presents the topic is “My house has”. He starts his lesson by using jigsaw puzzle game and it very good game from children. Then he use hangman game to teach vocabulary. He uses a lot of techniques to teach the students so, he use more time and he not pass in this presentation.

Conclusion, in this month I have learnt about techniques to help teaching and learning easier. However, teacher have to choose to appropriate for content and students, it can help to develop learning of students to be better.

                ปีการศึกษา 2557 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ดิฉันมีโอกาสได้เรียนวิชาหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนรู้กลุ่มสาระภาษาอังกฤษ (1025113) กับอาจารย์อนิรุธ ชุมสวัสดิ์  วิชานี้เป็นวิชาที่บูรณาการทุกเนื้อหาวิชาที่เรียนมาทั้งหมด เช่นการทำแผนการสอน จะต้องบูรณาการทั้งการใช้ grammar ที่ถูกต้อง การทำสื่อชนิดต่างๆ การจัดกิจกรรมให้เหมาะสมกับเนื้อหาวิชา ฯลฯ

                วิชาหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนรู้กลุ่มสาระภาษาอังกฤษ (1025113) เป็นวิชาที่เลือกอาจารย์ที่สอนได้เหมาะสมมาก เพราะอาจารย์ท่านเป็นคนมีความรู้ เหมาะที่จะสอนวิชานี้ ดิฉันได้ความรู้ใหม่ๆมากมายจากวิชานี้ อาจารย์จะสอนให้นักศึกษารู้จักคิด รู้จักแสวงหาความรู้ ไม่อยากให้นักเรียนดูตัวอย่าง เพราะจะเกิดการคัดลอกผลงาน อาจารย์จะสั่งสอนเสมอว่า หาเราไปนำผลงานคนอื่นๆมา เราควรให้เกียรติผู้แต่งด้วยการเขียนอ้างอิง สำหรับผลงาน อาจารย์ให้นักศึกษาทุกคนได้ทำ blog เพื่อเก็บผลงานของตนเอง มีทั้งผลงาน inside ( ความรู้ที่ได้จากในห้องเรียน) และ outside ( ความรู้ที่ได้นอกห้องเรียน ) ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้น ต้องไม่คัดลอกงานผู้อื่นมา หากนักศึกษานำเนื้อเรื่องมาจาก internet หรือหนังสือ ควรสรุปและอ้างอิงให้ผู้เขียนเสมอ นอกเหนือจากนี้ มีงานที่สำคัญที่สุดอยู่ 2 งาน คือ การสอบสอน ในหัวข้อจิตสาธารณะ และอาเซียน ดิฉันได้เขียนแผนการสอนแบบ CLT และแบบ PPP ทำใบความรู้ แบบฝึกหัด สื่อการสอน กิจกรรม ให้เหมาะสมกับระดับชั้นของนักเรียน อาจารย์สอนให้บูรณาการสิ่งที่เรียนมาแล้วกับวิชานี้

                ดิฉันคิดว่า วิชานี้เป็นวิชาที่สำคัญอีกวิชาหนึ่งในชีวิตการเป็นครูในอนาคต เพราะสอนวิชานี้สอนทุกๆอย่างในการเป็นครู ครูที่ต้องบูรณาการทุกๆวิชาที่เรียนมา ครูที่มีศีลธรรมเรื่องการไม่คัดลอกงานผู้อื่นเพื่อถ่ายทอดความรู้แก่นักเรียน ขอขอบพระคุณอาจารย์มา ณ ที่นี้ด้วยค่ะ
