How to feel happy in my life.
      Today I read Aiyosha Club Magazine. There are about how to feel happy in life. This is some tip for you to get happiness in your life.
          The first, stop worry about fatness. If we start thinking with positive thinking, we will get good ending. The second don’t use long time for mirror. The writer said that she don’t like to exercise in mirror room because she like to exercise for health not for slimness. The third, on 6 May in every year is “No Diet Day”. The slogan for this day is “thinking for waist size is bad for mind.
           If you have positive think, it will help you to get happiness in your life.
